These terms apply to everyone who visits GetSTLFile (getstlfile.com) or buys digital files from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
GetSTLFile sells digital 3D model files (such as STL files) for 3D printing. No physical product is shipped. Printed results depend on your printer, material and settings.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once the payment is completed.
3. Delivery
Files are available for download immediately after payment, on the order confirmation page, by email, and in My Account → Downloads. Please keep your account email up to date.
4. License
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license as described on our License page. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files.
5. Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login private. We may suspend accounts used to share or resell our files.
7. Liability
Files are provided as is. We are not responsible for damage to printers, failed prints or the use of printed objects. Printed items are not toys for young children unless clearly stated and should not be used for food or safety-critical purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
